Cochran Holdings LLC operates as a principal owner. The company does not broker minerals, solicit third party capital, or engage in speculative trading. All decisions regarding leasing and development are made internally based on geological, operational, and economic considerations.
The company prefers to work directly with operators or experienced land professionals who are authorized to represent operators in good standing.
Leasing, Title, and Inquiries
Cochran Holdings LLC will review leasing proposals and title related correspondence that meet the following criteria:
- Submitted by or on behalf of a qualified operator or authorized land professional
- Include full legal descriptions of the subject lands
- Identify proposed well type, spacing, and development plan where applicable
- Disclose all economic terms, including royalty, bonus, and lease form
Identify the operator of record and any working interest partners - Incomplete, speculative, or mass solicitation inquiries may not receive a response.
